Social entrepreneur Michaela Cisney leads the movement, bringing together diverse voices around how to be fully present anywhere, at home and abroad, and how to find other kindred wanderers and homemakers like herself.

Founded by digital marketing creative Martha Kirby, Lead Like Her is a platform for creative, independent women to tell their stories, inspire others and drive change in society. This idea has continued to grow and evolve into web content, local events, and other collaborative projects.

Le Bouquet
Recently taken over by daughter, Ladan Shamskhou, Le Bouquet Flower Shop has been family owned & a proud part of San Francisco’s Union Street community for more than 40 years. Ladan is proud to carry flowers, plants and seasonal branches from local farms, keeping a welcoming shop where clients and passers-by can share and enjoy the unusual beauty this world offers.
Thunderbolt Ayurveda
Thunderbolt Ayurveda integrates ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with the best of modern science to treat the root cause of imbalance. Helping people rediscover their body's innate healing power and re-introducing them to their true selves has been Leah Kaplan's passion since she started practicing Ayurveda and yoga and this inspired her to found Thunderbolt Yoga and Ayurveda, now based in Petaluma, CA.
Nick's Cove Cottages
One of the last remaining historic settlements catering to the early California tourist trade on the beautiful Tomales Bay coastland, Nick's Cove has served as a depot for tourism, local fishermen and agricultural operations throughout its history. The Nick's Cove ethos is an appreciation for the simple beauties, like the smell of cedar and eucalyptus in the air every morning and watching the sun set over Point Reyes every evening.

The Marquet
The Marquet opened with a simple goal: to fill a beautiful space with beautiful things. Owner Tanya M. Quigley, uses her love of travel & culture to curate a unique selection of products from around the globe. The name, Marquet, belonged to her great grandmother Aline Marquet, and almost all of the makers across each category are women; a fact she is both proud of and inspired by.
White Cotton Rose
Bretton Keating, who created White Cotton Rose, believes in the power of story as having healing potential, as well as serving as a unique artifact, an ancient, life-giving tool. Bretton writes creative stories and poems, specializing in custom fairy tales for couples, business owners, and other people. She believes that sharing the words of our personal journey reminds us that we share so much in the experience of being human.
Malena
Founded by international human rights attorney Flynn Coleman, Malena is a global community that shares powerful stories, connecting the public with people around the world through the goods they create, the stories of how they came to create them, and ideas about how the work of Malena's partners gives these artisans a chance for a brighter future.
Denik
The Denik brand began with a few college guys at Utah State University, and has blossomed from a grassroots street team of book-slingers to a grassroots, artsy-ecletic bunch. Denik gathers artists from across the globe and puts their work on journals, notebooks, and sketchbooks. Then, with every product sold, a portion of the proceeds goes directly to building schools and to support the artist.
Doie Lounge
Doie is a line of super-soft, eco-friendly, robes and sleep masks designed and made in California. Doie is named after designer Sara Kirsner's grandmother, who was always impeccably dressed and had an enviable confidence - a true style icon.
